Design
Landmark’s design, engineering and detailing staff are experts at resolving technical challenges on any project. We can offer design assistance for prototyping and production in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or other metals; creation of jigs and fixtures; implementation of the most efficient processes, extending right through to the coating, shipping and installation phases. Our attention to detail and quality measures ensure precise field fits.
Custom Fabrication
Landmark Fabrication offers a full range of custom fabrication services for numerous industries. Landmark’s capabilities have been proven on some of the most demanding tests of precision, such as new concept elevated tanks with complex curves, spheroid tanks, stainless steel tanks for petrochemical customers, and other custom shop built tanks. Our comprehensive technical standards and attention to detail allow us to deliver consistent, high quality results for all our projects in a timely manner.
ASME Code Vessels
Landmark can produce custom ASME pressure vessels to meet the specific design requirements of your projects. Landmark can work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys under Section VIII, Division 1, “U” Stamp of the ASME Code. We have the in-house capability to cut, roll, and weld pressure vessels in a highly controlled environment. Landmark also holds an “R” stamp with capabilities to perform pressure vessel repairs.
Speciality Equipment
Cutting
Landmark’s Koike Aronson plasma machine has one of the largest cutting areas available in the Unitied States at 12′ x 108′. The high definition system creates superior edge quality compared to conventional plasma on mild steel with a thickness to 1.5″. Our contour beveling can save our customers tremndous time in preparing parts for field welding operations.
Rolling
Our Faccin Four-Roll Double-Pinch Bending machine can accomidate 12′ rolls. We are capable of forming both cones and cylinders. CNC controls facilitate the feed and positioning of material on the 13′ x 41′ table, as well as automatic production of components. The ability to roll wide plate to precise tolerances can reduce welding requirements, simplifying production and enhancing the end results.
Press Forming
Landmark’s 750 ton press is capable of producing precise spherical and double curved shapes to meet any project needs. We are capable of dishing plate from 3/16″ to 3″ thick to produce custom-formed shapes.
Welding
Our shop has multiple welding stations including a 10′ x 60′ semi-automatic gantry welder equipped with four 350 amp flux core welding machines. Our welding machine is ideal for long continuous filet welds of up to 50′. Landmark can weld flat bars or beams to plate, and handle a wide range of applications with additional precision plant and mobile welding equipment.
